Manager to prepare notices etc. The Manager shall prepare or cause to be prepared all notices and statements which the Trustee is required to serve or give under any of the provisions of this Deed or any other Transaction Document and shall produce such notices and statements (as the case may be) to the Trustee at least one Business Day (or any other period as the Trustee and the Manager agree) before the day on which the notice or statement is required to be served or given.
