Manager's Affiliates and Subsidiaries. Upon not less than five (5) days prior written notice to Owner and unless Owner notes reasonable objection thereto, in performing work at the Project, Manager may, from time to time, deal with certain of its affiliated or subsidiary organizations as independent contractors. The amounts payable to any such related entity shall not be greater than would have been paid under an arms-length contract with a non-related entity.
