Manager's Event of Termination Rights and Remedies. In addition to any other right or remedy that Manager may have under this agreement, the parties agree that Manager will have the rights and remedies set forth in this Section 11.5 and that such rights and remedies will survive the termination of this agreement. If Manager has a right to terminate this agreement as the result of the occurrence of an Event of Termination under Sections 11.3.2, 11.3.3, 11.3.5 or 11.3.7 (if Manager is the non-bankrupt party), then Manager has the right to elect one of the following three (3) remedies, except Manager cannot elect its remedies under Sections 11.5.1 or 11.5.2 during the first 2 years of the Initial Term with respect to an Event of Termination under Section 11.3.3.
