Manager's Operation Obligations. 8.1. On-site manager. Manager will provide a full time on-site manager of the Pavilion. Such manager shall be made known to City and will be on-site at the Pavilion for a minimum average of forty hours weekly. Manager shall notify City of any changes in staffing of the position.
