Manager's own Property. Manager hereby agrees to RELEASE, DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS each member of EEP Indemnitees from any and all Liabilities sustained or incurred by Manager with respect to any damage to or loss of Manager’s property, whether real, personal or mixed property, in any way relating to the performance of Services hereunder.
