Common use of Manager’s Power to Consent Clause in Contracts

Manager’s Power to Consent. The City hereby acknowledges and agrees that any unnecessary delay hereunder would adversely affect Developer and/or the development of the Project Property, and hereby authorizes and empowers the City Manager to consent to any and all requests of Developer requiring the consent of the City hereunder without further action of the City Council, except for any actions requiring City Council approval as a matter of law, including, without limitation, any amendments or modification of this Agreement.

Manager’s Power to Consent. The City hereby acknowledges and agrees that any unnecessary delay hereunder would adversely affect Developer and/or the development completion of the Project PropertyProject, and hereby authorizes and empowers the City Manager to consent to any and all requests of Developer requiring the consent of the City hereunder including, without limitation, any amendment or modification of this Agreement, without further action of the City Council, except for any actions requiring City Council approval as a matter of law, including, without limitation, any amendments or modification of this Agreement.

The City hereby acknowledges and agrees that any unnecessary delay hereunder would adversely affect Developer and/or the development of the Project Property, and hereby authorizes and empowers the City Manager or his designee in their unfettered discretion to consent to any and all requests of Developer requiring the consent of the City hereunder without further action of the City Council, except for any actions requiring City Council approval as a matter of law, including, without limitation, any amendments amendment or modification of this Agreement.

The City hereby acknowledges and agrees that any unnecessary delay hereunder would adversely affect Developer and/or the development of the Project Property, and hereby authorizes and empowers the City Manager to consent to any and all requests of Developer any Owner, any Lessee or the University requiring the consent of the City hereunder without further action of the City Council, except for any actions requiring City Council approval as a matter of law, including, without limitation, any amendments further amendment or modification of this Agreement.
