Common use of Manager’s Remedy Clause in Contracts

Manager’s Remedy. If the Manager does not agree with the decision of the Commissioner, the sole and exclusive remedy is judicial review by a common law writ of certiorari. Unless such review is sought within thirty-five (35) days of receipt of the Commissioner’s decision, all right to seek judicial review is waived.
