Manager’s right of entry. The Manager may hold a key/card to access the Room and the Apartment and may enter the Room and the Apartment, without notice if, in the Manager’s opinion, there is an emergency or a breach of this agreement by the Resident, but otherwise the Manager may enter the Room and the Apartment at all reasonable times during the day, for any one of the following purposes:
