Common use of Managers’ Right to Sub-Contract Clause in Contracts

Managers’ Right to Sub-Contract. 9.1. The Managers shall have the right to sub-contract any of their obligations in this Agreement, subject to Clause 9.2 below. 9.2. The Managers shall obtain the prior written consent of the Owners if they wish to sub-contract any of their obligations under this Agreement for amounts exceeding Fifty Thousand United States Dollars over and beyond the approved Annual Budget. 9.3. Notwithstanding any sub-contract the Managers shall remain fully liable for the due performance of their obligations under this Agreement, the Managers shall procure that each sub-contractor engaged pursuant to this Clause 9 shall comply with the requirements of Clause 3.4.
