Common use of Managers’ Right to Sub-Contract Clause in Contracts

Managers’ Right to Sub-Contract. The Manager shall not have the right to sub-contract any of its obligations hereunder without the written consent of CL, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld. In the event of such a sub-contract the Manager shall remain fully liable for the due performance of its obligations under this Agreement.
