Common use of MANDATE TO PROCESS Clause in Contracts

MANDATE TO PROCESS. The Operator hereby grants to the Sub-Operator a mandate to process certain Personal Information on its behalf, per the mandate set out under “Annexure A” attached hereto. The parties agree that this sub-processing may only take place on the terms set out under this Sub- Operating Agreement.
