MANDATE TO SELL. Should the Purchaser wish to sell the Property after the Transfer Date, but during the Development Period, then and in that instance the Purchaser hereby grants to the Estate Agency an irrevocable mandate, on a sole and exclusive basis, to sell the Property on behalf of the Purchaser, subject further to the provisions of Clause 23 of this Agreement.
