Mandated payments Clause Samples

Mandated payments. Each mandate relating to the payment of dividends on any Scheme Shares and other instructions given to Spring by Relevant Holders in force at the Scheme Record Time shall, unless and until amended or revoked, be deemed as from the Effective Date to be an effective mandate or instruction to Autumn in respect of the corresponding New Autumn Shares to be allotted and issued pursuant to the Scheme.
