Common use of Mandatory Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Tenant will cooperate with all pest control efforts undertaken by the Landlord, whether or not Xxxxxx agrees that bedbugs are present in Xxxxxx’s apartment or if the efforts are purely preventive in nature. If the Lease Premises or a neighbor’s unit is infested, a pest management professional will be called in to inspect and eradicate the problem in all affected units in the building.
