MANDATORY CPI BRANDING. Subject to Section 3.2 below and the restrictions on use of CPI Marks set forth in the Agreement, Subscriber agrees that each page comprising Subscriber’s API Implementation will include a ChargePoint logo and will state that Subscriber’s application or website is provided, in part, through the ChargePoint Services.
