MANDATORY FEDERAL CONTRACT PROVISIONS. ‌ For the purposes of this Section 34, OWNER may be referred to as “Sponsor” and Contractor may be referred to as “Applicant,” “Bidder,” or “Offeror” as applicable. Where the terms and conditions of this Section 34 conflicts with any provision in this Contract, including any and all Attachments, the terms of this Section 34 shall prevail. The Board may modify the terms of this Section 34 without notice or Change Order if a modification to the language in this Section is required by the United States Department of Transportation or any department thereof.
