Mandatory Flex Days. As part of the process of negotiating the academic 41 calendar, the District and Association will include negotiations regarding mandatory flex 42 days. Mandatory flex day attendance shall not exceed six (6) hours. For any agreed to 43 mandatory flex day, all full-time instructional bargaining unit members to whom flex 44 applies must attend all mandatory flex day activities, participate in alternative activities 45 as approved by their supervising administrator and the Vice President of Instruction, or 46 be in an approved leave status.
