Common use of Mandatory Minimum Number of Adjusters; Committed Adjusters Clause in Contracts

Mandatory Minimum Number of Adjusters; Committed Adjusters. [NOTE: If Vendor proposes CAT Field Adjuster Is or other additional Committed Adjusters in Vendor's Response to the RFP, the following number will be modified to reflect Xxxxxx's proposed number of Committed Adjusters.] Vendor must maintain a minimum of twenty-five (25) [or as modified to reflect the Vendors Proposal] Adjusters who are: (a) approved by Citizens as meeting the requirements of a CAT Field Associate Adjuster; (b) are credentialed and approved by Citizens in CAIS or other designated Citizens’ system’ and, (c) at all times remain available to provide Services as requested by Citizens in accordance with this Agreement (each a “Committed Adjuster,” and, collectively, the “Committed Adjuster Total”). Such minimum Committed Adjuster Total shall include no less than [INSERT NUMBER, as modified to reflect the Vendors Proposal] Adjusters who are also approved by Citizens as meeting the requirements of a CAT Field Adjuster I.

Such minimum Committed Adjuster Total shall include no less than [INSERT NUMBERthan: (a) one (1) Adjuster who is also approved as meeting the requirements of a CAT Team Lead, as modified to reflect the Vendors Proposal] further defined herein; and, (b) eight (8) Adjusters who are also approved by Citizens as meeting the requirements of a CAT Field Desk Adjuster I.(excluding Vendor’s CAT Team Lead Adjuster commitment).
