Common use of Mandatory Minimum Number of Adjusters; Committed Adjusters Clause in Contracts

Mandatory Minimum Number of Adjusters; Committed Adjusters. Vendor must maintain a minimum of twenty-five (25) Adjusters who are: (a) approved by Citizens as meeting the requirements of a CAT Field Associate Adjuster; (b) are credentialed and approved by Citizens in CAIS or other designated Citizens’ system’ and, (c) at all times remain available to provide Services as requested by Citizens in accordance with this Agreement (each a “Committed Adjuster,” and, collectively, the “Committed Adjuster Total”). Such minimum Committed Adjuster Total shall include no less than twenty-five (25) Adjusters who are also approved by Citizens as meeting the requirements of a CAT Field Adjuster I.

Vendor must maintain a minimum of twenty-five six (2526) Adjusters who are: (a) approved by Citizens as meeting the requirements of a CAT Field Associate Adjuster; (b) are credentialed and approved by Citizens in CAIS or other designated Citizens’ system’ and, (c) at all times remain available to provide Services as requested by Citizens in accordance with this Agreement (each a “Committed Adjuster,” and, collectively, the “Committed Adjuster Total”). Such minimum Committed Adjuster Total shall include no less than twenty-five six (2526) Adjusters who are also approved by Citizens as meeting the requirements of a CAT Field Adjuster I.

Vendor must maintain a minimum of twenty-five forty (2540) Adjusters who are: (a) approved by Citizens as meeting the requirements of a CAT Field Associate Adjuster; (b) are credentialed and approved by Citizens in CAIS or other designated Citizens’ system’ and, (c) at all times remain available to provide Services as requested by Citizens in accordance with this Agreement (each a “Committed Adjuster,” and, collectively, the “Committed Adjuster Total”). Such minimum Committed Adjuster Total shall include no less than twenty-five forty (2540) Adjusters who are also approved by Citizens as meeting the requirements of a CAT Field Adjuster I.
