Mandatory Prepayment / Application of Payments. 9.1. The Borrower shall be required to prepay ON DEMAND all advances made under this Note to the extent the aggregate of all such advances exceeds the amounts permitted hereunder. In addition the Borrower shall pay, if applicable, charges incurred pursuant to the terms hereof.
