Mandatory Prepayment for Dunkirk Transaction. The Borrower shall make the mandatory prepayments required pursuant to Amendment No. 3. Upon making such mandatory prepayments, no additional Prepayment Fee or Exit Fee shall be due in respect of the principal repaid in respect of such prepayments.
