Common use of Mandatory prepayment – Loan Clause in Contracts

Mandatory prepayment – Loan. The Borrower shall be obliged to prepay the whole Loan, and any undrawn part of the Total Commitment shall be cancelled upon: (a) the circumstances referred to in Clause 23 (Illegality etc) arising, and in accordance with that Clause; or (b) there occurs any Change of Control Event.
