Mandatory Prepayments from Permitted Transactions. All Net Cash Proceeds from Permitted Dispositions or proceeds from Permitted Takeout Financing received by the Borrower with respect to Eligible Railcars subject to a Revolving Loan shall be used immediately to prepay said Revolving Loans.
