Mandatory Prepayments of Tranche B Loans. If the aggregate amount of the outstanding Tranche B Loans ever exceeds the Tranche B Maximum Credit Amount, US Borrower shall immediately prepay the principal of the Tranche B Loans in an amount at least equal to such excess.
