Common use of Mandatory Product ECO's Clause in Contracts

Mandatory Product ECO's. BROCADE may issue notice of "Mandatory Changes", which are changes to the Product(s) required to satisfy governmental environmental, safety or other standards, reliability concerns, or to guarantee a continuity of supply. BROCADE will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide McDATA with [*] days prior written notice of Mandatory Changes prior to implementing such changes, however this period may be reduced if the change involves safety or reliability, or if otherwise required by law.
