Manner and Application of Prepayments. All prepayments of the Loans under Section 6.2 shall be subject to the Reference Subordination Agreement and to Section 8.7 and shall be accompanied by payment of all accrued interest on the Loans (or portion thereof) being prepaid. All prepayments of the Loans will be applied on a pro rata basis to the Loans based on the Dollar Amount thereof.
