Common use of Manner and Context Clause in Contracts

Manner and Context. When used in this Agreement, the phrase -------------------- "manner and context in which the Dow Xxxxx Marks are used" shall include, without limitation: (a) a review by Dow Xxxxx of its legal and contractual ability to permit Futurestep to use the Dow Xxxxx Xxxx(s) in such Material, or in connection with the business or agreement or arrangement being referred to in the Material; and (b) a review by Dow Xxxxx of its business desire to have a Dow Xxxxx Xxxx used in connection with the business or agreement or arrangement.
