Manner and Place of Payment. Royalty payments and reports for Net Sales of Products shall be calculated in local currencies and reported for each calendar quarter. All royalty payments owed under this Agreement shall be made by wire transfer to the bank account to be designated by CombiChem within sixty (60) days following the end of each such calendar quarter.
