Common use of Manner of Application Clause in Contracts

Manner of Application. (1) A teacher when applying should detail in writing the following: - the purpose of the leave - the period of time involved - the place or location - an outline of the plan or activity to be undertaken - information concerning the date, type and length of any previous leaves approved under the Sabbatical Leave Plan - the benefits to be sought or realized by the teacher, the school, the system, and the method(s) by which the teacher will undertake to share and disseminate the benefits realized from the leave.
