Common use of Manner of Claims Clause in Contracts

Manner of Claims. Any notice of a claim by reason of any of the representations and warranties contained in this Agreement shall state specifically the representation or warranty with respect to which the claim is asserted, and the amount of liability asserted against the other party by reason of the claim.
