Manner of Entry. Tenant's entry to the Premises for any purpose, --------------- including without limitation, inspection or performance of Tenant construction by Tenant's agents, prior to the Lease Commencement Date as specified in the Basic Lease Information shall be at such times as are approved by Landlord and subject to all the terms and conditions of the lease except the payment of Rent.
