Manner of Execution. The Contractor shall carry out the manufacture of Plant, the production and manufacture of Materials, and all other execution of the Works:
(a) in the manner (if any) specified in the Contract;
(b) in a proper workmanlike and careful manner, in accordance with Good Industry Practice; and
(c) using properly equipped facilities and non-hazardous Materials, except as otherwise specified in the Contract.
Manner of Execution. The Liquefaction Train System shall be manufactured in the manner set out herein, including Clause 5, and in Appendix C (Scope of Supply & Project Schedule).
Manner of Execution. The Work to be supplied, including all materials, manufactured components and labor and services to be performed, shall be designed and executed in the manner set out in this Agreement. Except where the manner of design, manufacture and execution is otherwise specifically set out in this Agreement, the Work shall be designed, manufactured and executed in a proper and workmanlike manner, all in accordance with accepted industry standards, applicable safety standards, and Prudent Industry Practice.
Manner of Execution. Client and Practitioner agree that this Agreement may be signed electronically and confirmed in separate parts to become fully binding on both parties as follows: (a) by the Practitioner accessing the Agreement form online at PMA’s website and entering the Client’s name into the signature block below, with the contact information provided by the Client – including the Client’s email address or the email address for a person authorized by the Client to receive/send email on behalf of Client; (b) by the Practitioner then submitting the information provided by the Client and entered into the Agreement form, causing an email to be sent automatically to the Client and Practitioner with copies of the completed Agreement and above-referenced Practice Disclosure; and
(c) by the Client or the person authorized by the Client to receive/send email on behalf of Client acknowledging receipt of the completed Agreement and Practice Disclosure and the Client’s acceptance of the terms thereof.
Manner of Execution. The Agreement may be executed simultaneously in counterpart, each of which shall be deemed an original, but together, shall constitute but one and the same instrument.
Manner of Execution. Facsimile signatures shall be deemed as fully enforceable valid signatures as if such signature(s) were an original signature as of the date executed.
Manner of Execution. Without limiting the ways in which the Company can execute documents under the Companies Law and subject to these articles, the Company may execute a document if the document is signed by any director(s) and/or person(s) authorised by the Board for that purpose (which authorisation may be granted retrospectively).
Manner of Execution. Facsimile or electronic signatures shall be deemed as fully enforceable valid signatures as if such signature were an original signature as of the date executed. Manner of Execution. All Plant, goods, and Materials to be supplied shall be manufactured, and all work to be done shall be executed, in the manner set out in the Contract. Where the manner of manufacture and execution is not set out in the Contract, the work shall be executed in a proper, workmanlike and careful manner, with properly equipped facilities and non-hazardous Materials, and in accordance with modern recognized good practice. Sources of Materials being supplied shall be intimated to the Engineer and are subject to his approval. Materials that are not specified in the Contract document shall conform to the relevant Indian Standards or in their absence conform to any International Standard approved by the Engineer. Save as otherwise expressly provided in the contract, samples shall be supplied by the Contractor at his own cost.
Manner of Execution. Telefacsimile transmissions of any executed original document and/or retransmission of any executed telefacsimile transmission shall be deemed to be the same as the delivery of an executed original. At the request of any party hereto, the other parties shall confirm telefacsimile transmissions by executing duplicate original documents and delivering the same to the requesting party or parties.
