Disorderly Conduct. The Contractor shall at all times take all reasonable precautions to prevent any unlawful, riotous or disorderly conduct by or amongst its personnel, and to preserve peace and protection of people and property in the neighbourhood of the Works.

Disorderly Conduct. Disorderly conduct includes involvement in disturbance (alone or with others), interfering with the rights of others, as well as other unacceptable behaviours. Disorderly conduct may result in disciplinary action which may include, but not limited to, a student’s removal from residence.
Disorderly Conduct. (i) If the Chair is of the opinion that a Member has misconducted, or is misconducting him or herself by persistently disregarding the ruling of the Chair or by behaving irregularly, improperly or offensively or by wilfully obstructing the business of the Board the Chair may notify the meeting of that opinion and may take any of the following actions either separately or in sequence:
