Subscriber understands that the Subscriber is investing into the Company, which will serve as a “crowdfunding vehicle” for an investment between the Company and the Crowdfunding Issuer. The Company will maintain records of securityholders and provide rights as if the Subscriber invested directly into the Crowdfunding Issuer.
