Manner of Paying Dividend. A resolution declaring a dividend may direct payment of the dividend wholly or partly by the distribution of specific assets or of paid up shares or fractional shares, bonds, debentures or other debt obligations of the Company, or in any one or more of those ways, and, if any difficulty arises in regard to the distribution, the directors may settle the difficulty as they consider expedient, and, in particular, may set the value for distribution of specific assets.

  • Declaration of Dividends Upon receipt of a written notice from an officer of the Fund declaring the payment of a dividend, the Transfer Agent shall disburse such dividend payments provided that in advance of such payment, the Fund furnishes the Transfer Agent with sufficient funds.
