Common use of Manner of Payment after Sale Clause in Contracts

Manner of Payment after Sale. Any sale, assignment, or other transfer of all or any part of the Bond may provide that, following such sale, assignment, or other transfer, payments on the Bond, with the exception of the fee described in paragraph 9 of the Bond, shall be made in the manner specified by the respective purchaser, assignee, or transferee, as the case may be. Payments of the fee described in paragraph 9 of the Bond shall be made in the manner specified by FFB in the written notice of the sale, assignment, or other transfer delivered by FFB to the Borrower and RUS as provided in section 15.4.2 of this Agreement.
