Common use of Manner of payments pursuant to Condition 7 Clause in Contracts

Manner of payments pursuant to Condition 7. 2.2 Notwithstanding the provisions of Condition 7.4, payments in respect of Registered PD Debt Instruments pursuant to Condition 7.2.2 will be made by cheque and posted to the address (as recorded in the Register) of the PD Debt Instrument Holder (or, in the case of joint PD Debt Instrument Holders, the first-named) on the relevant due date for payment unless prior to the relevant Record Date the PD Debt Instrument Holder (or, in the case of joint PD Debt Instrument Holders, the first-named) has applied to the Registrar and the Registrar has acknowledged such application for payment to be made to a designated account in the relevant currency.
