The Ministry of Finance will publish all notices and other matters required to be published pursuant to the Fiscal Agency Agreement including any matters required to be published pursuant to Condition 8 and this Condition 9: (i) through the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service or any Alternative Clearing System (as defined in the Fiscal Agency Agreement); (ii) in such other places and in such other manner as may be required by applicable law or regulation; and (iii) in such other places and in such other manner as may be customary.
