Common use of Manner of publication Clause in Contracts

Manner of publication. The Issuer will publish all notices and other matters required to be published pursuant to this Condition 14, including any matters required to be published pursuant to Condition 10 and Condition 13: (a) on the website of the Issuer: xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxxxxx/en; (b) through the systems of Clearstream, Luxembourg, Euroclear, DTC and/or any other international or domestic clearing system(s) through which the Notes are for the time being cleared and otherwise in accordance with Condition 14; and

Manner of publication. The Issuer will publish all notices and other matters required to be published pursuant to this Condition 1416, including any matters required to be published pursuant to Condition 10 10, Condition 15 and Condition 1317: (a) on the website of the Issuer: xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxxxxx/en; (b) through the systems of Clearstream, Luxembourg, Euroclear, DTC and/or any other international or domestic clearing system(s) through which the Notes are for the time being cleared and otherwise in accordance with Condition 14; (b) in such other places and in such other manner as may be required by applicable law or regulation; and
