Common use of Manner of publication Clause in Contracts

Manner of publication. The Issuer will publish all notices and other matters required to be published pursuant to the Fiscal Agency Agreement including any matters required to be published pursuant to Condition 14 (Meetings of Noteholders; Written Resolutions and Electronic Consents), this Condition 15 and Condition 12 (Events of Default): (i) through Euroclear and Clearstream Banking, Luxembourg and/or any other clearing system in which the Notes are held; (ii) in such other places and in such other manner as may be required by applicable law or regulation; and

The Issuer will publish all notices and other matters required to be published pursuant to the Fiscal Agency Agreement including any matters required to be published pursuant to Condition 14 17 (Meetings of Noteholders; Written Resolutions and Electronic Consents), this Condition 15 18, Condition 19 (Noteholders’ Committee) and Condition 12 13 (Events of Default): (ia) through Euroclear Euroclear, Clearstream Luxembourg and Clearstream Banking, Luxembourg DTC and/or any other clearing system in which the Notes are held; (iib) in such other places and in such other manner as may be required by applicable law or regulation; and
