Common use of Manner of redecoration Clause in Contracts

Manner of redecoration. The Tenant shall carry out all redecoration with appropriate materials in a good, substantial and workmanlike manner and in accordance with best modern practice in colours and with materials previously approved in writing by the Landlord, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed. In the final three months of the Term, the Tenant shall use such colours and materials as the Landlord requires.
