Manner of redecoration. The Tenant shall carry out all redecoration with appropriate materials in a good, substantial and workmanlike manner and in accordance with good building practice. In the final three months of the Term the Tenant shall use colours and materials previously approved in writing by the Landlord, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
