Policies and Procedures The Health Plan shall comply with all provisions of this Contract and any subsequent amendments, and shall act in good faith in the performance of the Contract's provisions. The Health Plan shall develop, maintain and implement written policies and procedures covering all provisions of this Contract. All policies and procedures shall be prior-approved by the Agency in writing. The Health Plan agrees that failure to comply with all provisions of this Contract shall result in the assessment of penalties and/or termination of this Contract, in whole or in part, as set forth in this Contract.
