Manner of Services Provided. The Service Provider agrees that the Services will be rendered in a “workmanlike manner,” consistent with the manner of performance by other consultants providing the same or similar services as being rendered hereunder. The Service Provider shall coordinate all Services performed under this Agreement with the Chairman.
