Mannose Antigen Determination. In the event that Celldex determines pursuant to the process set forth on Appendix E that the antigen against which a Research Antibody was raised is the mannose receptor antigen, such antibody shall no longer be deemed a Research Antibody, but, subject to Section 3.4, shall be deemed an Anti-Mannose Receptor Antibody.
