Manuals/Instructions. We will provide or make available to you the Manuals/Instructions and may from time to time otherwise advise you of requirements imposed by the Rules by providing you with relevant portions or summarizations thereof of the rules, regulations, releases, interpretations and other requirements of Visa, MasterCard and any other issuers of Cards, including Debit and EBT Networks, which you accept as specified in the Application. The Manuals/Instructions include the Operating Rules, which are set forth in Exhibit 1, which exhibit is attached hereto and incorporated herein. You agree to follow the procedures in the Manuals/Instructions in connection with each Card transaction and to comply with all requirements of the Rules. Unless the context clearly requires otherwise, references to this Agreement include the Manuals/Instructions and the Rule provisions. If there is any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the Manuals/Instructions, the terms of this Agreement will govern, except to the extent the Manuals/Instructions specifically provides that a particular provision in it overrides any conflicting provision in this Agreement.
