Common use of Manufacture and Supply of Collaboration Products for Commercial Sale Clause in Contracts

Manufacture and Supply of Collaboration Products for Commercial Sale. Kallikrein LLC shall, as determined by the Steering Committee, designate one of the Parties (the "MANUFACTURING PARTY") to manufacture and supply Collaboration Products (or cause Collaboration Products to be manufactured or supplied) for commercial sale pursuant to a supply agreement entered into by Kallikrein LLC and the Manufacturing Party (a "SUPPLY AGREEMENT"). The terms of each Supply Agreement shall include, without limitation, the terms and conditions set forth below.
