Manufacture and Supply. (a) Manufacturing. Subject to Section (b), Celgene will be solely responsible for, and will bear all the costs and expenses of, Manufacturing and supplying all Elected Candidate and Licensed Product for Development and Commercialization in the Field worldwide and, subject to Section 2.4(c), Celgene will purchase Vector Supply from Bluebird or its designee for such purpose.
