Common use of Manufacture by LWI Clause in Contracts

Manufacture by LWI. During the time period specified in any Statement of Work during which Product will be manufactured (the “Production Term”), LWI will use commercially reasonable efforts to manufacture, package, ship, handle quality assurance and quality control for the Product, all as set forth in the Statement of Work, and to deliver to CLIENT the quantities of Product requested by CLIENT in the Statement of Work, all in accordance with the terms set forth in Section 4.5 below.

Manufacture by LWI. During the time period specified in any Statement of Work during which the Product will be manufactured (the “Production Term”), LWI will use commercially reasonable efforts to manufacture, package, ship, handle quality assurance and quality control for the Product, all subject to the Quality Agreement to be mutually agreed to by the Parties with respect to such Product and as set forth in the Statement of Work, and shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to deliver to CLIENT TiGenix the quantities of Product requested by CLIENT TiGenix in the Statement of Work, all in accordance with the terms set forth in Section 4.5 4.4 below.
