Manufacture of Initial Units of Product. (a) The Program is directed toward the manufacture of a Product that conforms to the Specifications (including the documents referenced therein). It is understood and agreed that Jastec will use its Commercially Reasonable Efforts to complete the Program and deliver a unit of Product that conforms to the Specifications on or before July 1, 2014. The Specifications are for the Product that is currently being manufactured and supplied to ViewRay by [***] (“[***]”).
