Common use of Manufactured Home for District Elections Clause in Contracts

Manufactured Home for District Elections. One (1) HUD-certified manufactured home may be located within the Land solely for the purpose of providing qualified voters within the District for the District’s confirmation, director, maintenance tax, and bond elections. The manufactured home permitted by this Agreement will comply with all City regulations and will be removed within sixty (60) days from the date of last election needed for the purposes of this Agreement.
