Manufactured Home for District Elections. One (1) HUD-certified manufactured home may be located within the Land solely for the purpose of providing qualified voters within the District for the District’s confirmation, director, and bond elections. The manufactured home permitted by this Agreement will not require any permit or other approval by the County and will be promptly removed when no longer needed.

Manufactured Home for District Elections.
